Meet Jenna
Hi, I’m Jenna! I’m a holistic nutritionist and wellness enthusiast, based in Blue Mountain, Ontario. I’ve been passionate about the link between nutrition, health and wellness from a young age as I grew up struggling with my own laundry list of health issues. From hormonal imbalances, to unexplained autoimmune symptoms like inflammation, brain fog, IBS, skin rashes and more, I wasn’t given any answers. I thought surely my diet must have some influence on the way I feel, and thus, my passion was born.
My approach is rooted in the science behind human nutrition - the WHY behind the changes we make. I meet clients from each and every starting line with an always optimistic approach, helping them to feel their best by improving their health one sustainable habit at a time. Add up these habits over time and you’ve earned a ticket to a healthy and balanced life.
I love to cook, but I love sharing the food I cook even more.
My approach is all about real food and real ingredients. It’s about ditching the fad diets and finding a structured way of eating that fits each individual lifestyle, without the guessing game or the pressure to be perfect.
Jenna’s Background
I received my bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University before attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition where I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am consistently rounding out my education with a number of other programs and certifications including becoming a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), and being a member of the Confident Clinician Club where I learn the latest research in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition.
